This guidance contains a compilation of updated versions of a set of documents previously issued separately by HSE Acute Operations for adult (non-maternity) services. They have been compiled into a single document for convenience. Paediatric and maternity services are outside the scope of this document. In this document version, any guidance related to surgical services has been removed and incorporated into a separate new document – ‘Guidance on the resumption of scheduled surgical services during the COVID-19 era’. This can be viewed on the HSE repository under the surgery section.
